Full-time, hourly, 1st shift position.

Preference will be given to candidates with diesel mechanic and gas engine experience and/or education. Full time colleagues are eligible for paid vacation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Post-secondary vocational education or 3 or more years’ experience strongly preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
Operate a laptop computer.
Meet minimum tool requirement list.
Must possess a wellness to learn.
Must be able to fill out basic paperwork.

Job Requirements

Perform preventive maintenance on tractors and mowers.
Perform minor repairs such as but not limited to: lights, component replacement (starter, alternator, belts, wheel seals, product pump, and seals).
Minor/Major tune-up.
Sharpen Blades and clean decks.
Diagnostic and troubleshooting.
Pressure test hydraulic systems and hose replacement.
Electrical testing.
Set up new tractors and equipment.
Maintenance of equipment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Maintain a good attendance record.
Ability to work well with others.
Conduct all tasks with a positive attitude.
Maintains good housekeeping and self-management.
Must be willing to attend service school.
